The content on this site describes our services and past projects for general information. It is not professional advice for your specific building, and it does not create a contract between you and Elite Construction Contracting. A contract exists only when we both sign a written agreement for a specific project.

2. Estimates and pricing

Any pricing, ranges or cost discussion on this site or in an initial conversation is not a binding quote. Siding, roofing and deck costs depend on the condition of the building, materials, access and scope, which we can only confirm after a site visit. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate.

3. Project photos

The photos on this site show work completed by Elite Construction Contracting. They are examples, not promises. Results on your project will vary with the structure, the materials you select, the age and condition of the building and the weather during the work.

4. Licensing and scope

Elite Construction Contracting LLC holds Oregon Construction Contractors Board license #209888 with Residential General Contractor, Commercial General Contractor Level 2 and Lead Based Paint Renovation endorsements. We perform work within the scope of that license and carry the bond and insurance the Board requires. Work that falls outside our licensed scope, such as electrical or plumbing, is performed by appropriately licensed subcontractors.

5. Limitation of liability

We make a reasonable effort to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error free or that it will always be online. To the extent permitted by Oregon law, Elite Construction Contracting is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This limitation applies to the website only. Our responsibility for construction work is set out in the written contract for each project and by Oregon law.
