We carry a $1,000,000 liability policy and a $25,000 surety bond, and we are certified for Lead Based Paint Renovation, which matters on homes built before 1978.

It depends on the square footage of the walls, the material, how much trim and flashing is involved, and whether there is rot or sheathing damage behind the old siding. Repair and repaint jobs cost a fraction of a full reside. We do not quote by the square foot over the phone. Estimates are free and come in writing after a site visit.

Both. A large share of our work is repair and repaint: replacing rotted boards, fixing failed trim and flashing, then painting or restaining the whole exterior so the repair disappears. If the siding is sound, that is usually the better investment.

Yes. Occupied and fully operational job sites are routine for us. We have resided apartment buildings with tenants in place and recladded a bank in downtown Bend while it stayed open. We plan the sequence, keep the site clean and keep walkways and entrances usable.
