A Bend General Contractor Focused on the Outside of the Building

Elite Construction Contracting LLC is a locally owned and operated siding contractor based on NE Highway 20 in Bend, Oregon. The company has held Oregon CCB license #209888 since March 2016, and the people behind it have more than three decades in the construction trades in Central Oregon.

We work side by side with each client, whether that is a homeowner in Sunriver with a rotted wall, a builder who needs a siding package on a custom home in Broken Top, or a property manager with an occupied apartment building to reside. Honesty and integrity in the estimate, the schedule and the work itself is how we have built the business.

Our past projects include both new construction and repairs and restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem, and we can plan, manage and build multi-phase jobs.

Tim Treloggen, Owner and Responsible Managing Individual

Tim Treloggen founded Elite Construction Contracting in 2016 and is the responsible managing individual on the company's Oregon CCB license. He has worked in residential, remodel and commercial construction for more than thirty years, and he is on the estimate, on the job site and on the phone when you call the office.

Tim holds the Residential General Contractor and Commercial General Contractor Level 2 endorsements, along with the Lead Based Paint Renovation certification required for exterior work on homes built before 1978. The company has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau since April 2017 with an A+ rating and holds a 5.0 rating on Google from 10 reviews.

How We Work / 03

Estimate, Schedule, Build, Walk Through

  • Site visit and written estimate. We look at the actual walls, roof or deck, check for hidden damage and put the scope and price in writing. Estimates are free.
  • Materials and schedule. You approve the siding profile, color and trim details before anything is ordered. We give you a start date and stick to it.
  • Build. Our own crew does the work. One point of contact, daily cleanup, and walkways and entrances kept open on occupied sites.
  • Walk through. We finish with a walk around the building together and do not call the job done until you agree it is.
