Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

This policy explains what information Elite Construction Contracting LLC, doing business as Elite Construction Contracting, collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we do not collect much.

Contact form / 1

1. What the contact form collects

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, city and a description of your project. You choose what to put in the project details field. Please do not include anything you would not want sent by email.

Delivery / 2

2. Where form submissions go

Submissions are delivered by email to Elite Construction Contracting and to our web contractor, Deschutes Consulting, which maintains this site and the form. The form is processed by FormSubmit, a third party service that relays the message to those addresses.

Use / 3

3. How we use your information

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, schedule a site visit and prepare an estimate. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a marketing list. If we need to share it with a supplier or subcontractor to price your job, we share only what that requires.

Analytics / 4

4. Google Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived at the site. It does not collect your name or contact details from the form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third parties / 5

5. Third party services

Two outside services handle data on this site: Google Analytics (usage data, as described above) and FormSubmit (contact form delivery). Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

Deletion / 6

6. Requesting deletion

If you want the information you sent through the form deleted, call or email us using the contact line below and tell us the name and email address you used. We will delete the submission from our email and ask our web contractor to do the same, and confirm when it is done.

Changes / 7

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
